More than 400 years of history endorse this ecclesiastical entity whose founder Juan de Ribera and his legacy allow to create a common thread throughout the visit. The noticeable counter-reformist nature of the monument is revealing in the superb Renaissance court, in the symbolic frescoes by the painter Bartolomé Matarana or in the collection of sacred paintings in its art gallery, with works by superb artists such as El Greco, Juan de Juanes or Caravaggio. In the guided tour we will also have the pleasure of showing you the recently restored Flemish tapestries as well as the magnificent Renaissance staircase with eye-catching edged vaults.
